SECOND SUNDAY 25th OF LENT
“Remember the wondrous works that he has done, his miracles, and the judgments he uttered,”
(Psalm 105,5 ESV)
May this Sunday, as we come together for worship, be satisfied with the fullness of God.
May we come thirsty and drink from the living waters and hungry to be fed with His Word.
May we see the need of Christ.
May we experience his forgiveness and assurance.
May we remember what he has done for us.
May we never forget that he is a miracle-working God.
My view of the world is blurred
by violence, by hunger, by poverty, by exclusion, by hatred.
God, when I forget that this is not what you hope for the world,
let your works come crashing into view:
your beauty, your peace, your comfort, your justice,
your love.1
Amen.
