My first Easter Sunday Service in 1st Ballynahinch PCI was great. Many people came to celebrate and praise the name of Jesus.

It was a big family service, the worship moved us to an encounter with the Lord and the prayers inspired us to a place of thankfulness.

It was a Family Communion service. I got all the kids to stand around the Communion table where we talked about the meaning of “the bread and the cup”.  Then, we moved to the Cross saying…

 ” Without the death and resurrection of Jesus, Communion does not make any sense”.

With two videos from Jelly Telly about the Lord’s Supper and Easter Sunday we illustrated the meaning of the Lord’s Supper and Easter Sunday.

The leaders of our church with the help of six children served Communion to our congregation and that was really special.

Believing in Jesus we have eternal life.
Believing in Jesus our sins are forgiven. 
Believing in Jesus we are sons and daughters of God.

Worship was amazing and the decoration of the church was moving! Thank you for all who took part on this Easter Sunday 2018!
