Exercise

Whether you are a person who likes to walk, run, swim, or do any other physical exercise then you would know the importance and its benefits to our bodies, to our minds and moods.
It a time where we are well into the first week of lockdown, it also essential and crucial that we get into a healthy rhythm of spiritual exercise. So that we can spiritually, mentally and emotionally can resist, and cope with the challenges that we are all facing.
Why it is this so important? Because faith Christ has the unique capacity to lift out moods and lifting our souls high enough to see life with a heavenly perspective
This amazing verse challenged me to think this way. Even though its context is about the return of Christ and about a church that was scattered. These words are pure gold for those who are not satisfied with remaining still but active in the pursuit of an intimate relationship with God.

“Therefore, preparing your minds for action, and being sober-minded, set your hope fully on the grace that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.” (1 Peter 1:13 ESV)

Be mentally alert: Read, meditate and pray God’s Word.
Be discipline: Don’t stop, don’t give up, persevere and remember the journey is full of hope and grace.
Be focused: Single-minded in our pursuit of Jesus.
