There were many stories to be told about our prophetic tent this year at OpenSkies!

Our team was amazing! A bunch of Jesus lovers, Presence driven and with a massive heart for the people of God.

In every OpenSkies, I have seen the Lord do amazing things. Last year on Sunday evening when our prophetic tent was about to close I prayed for someone who needed to know about the Love and Presence of God and transformation that took place before our eyes were so moving and powerful.

God is at the heart of the prophetic ministry, he is our biggest encourager, He strengthens us and build us up! His Word carries power.

This year I encountered lots of people that were or are in a period of transition, they are waiting in the Lord. Many of them are waiting in the Lord for direction, exams, tests results. I found myself saying on more than one occasion as I prayed saying:

There is Grace in the Waiting

The Lord has given us His grace as we wait on Him. He has not left us dry, he has given us his Grace to sustain us.

On Sunday morning I spoke that we find this Grace in the context of Worship, Psalm 130 says

“I waited for the Lord, my soul waits and in his word, I put my hope. My soul waits for the Lord more than watchman wait for the morning, more than watchmen wait for the morning” Ps. 130:6 NIV

There is grace in the waiting because the waiting is over. Grace has a name, Jesus.

The ground began to shake
The stone was rolled away
His perfect love could not be overcome
Now death, where is your sting?
Our resurrected King
Has rendered you defeated
Now, forever He is glorified
Forever He is lifted high
And forever, He is risen
He is alive, He is alive
